      House is now rented. Thank you.

      This spacious 4-BR 2 bathroom house is located in the Fernie Airport neighbourhood, and backs onto Riverside Park. Views of the Lizard range. Partly furnished.

      Features include a sauna and deck; gas fireplace in basement and fireplace in living room, Washer/Dryer, garage, lots of storage space; finished basement.

      No smoking; pets are negotiable.

      Available from October 1st. Long-term is preferred, but we will rent seasonally to folk with good references.

      Price is $1,500/mth plus utilities.
