      Thank you – this place is now rented.

      This 4-BR has a fenced backyard with firepit. Garage. Solarium/gear room at front entry. Small front deck. Large modern kitchen, dishwasher. Spacious living room. Washer-dryer. Two large bedrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Dog negotiable but no cats.

      Utilities included in the rent. Will rent for summer at $1050./mth.
      Long term negotiable.
      References will be checked.
