      Available July 1st. 4 bedroom home in the airport subdivision, fenced yard, hot tub and carport. Pets welcome! Asking $1200/month plus utilities and damage deposit.       :oops: Sorry, but it’s illegal to collect more than 1/2 month’s rent as a damage deposit. Refer to Residential Tenancy Regulation Part 6, Paragraph 2(1)(a).
