      Hi Jeff

      My wife and I are looking to move to Fernie in late July early August to purchase a business. We are looking to rent until spring/summer of next year, then to buy. We have 2 small dogs and 2 cats, no kids. We would require a fenced yard, and a garage if possible. We are quiet and professional. If your place sounds like it could fit our needs could you please reply, photos would be appreciate.
