      Still looking for the right people to rent our place in the annex. 3br, bath and a half, ensuite, new washer drier, dishwasher.
      No smoking, pet considered. Owner uses basement suite weekends and holidays. Not a party house. Currently rented for 1200$, maybe negotiable for right people, share utilities.
