      Non smokers. Reference required. Long term lease. Rent $1400.00 per month plus utilities.

      hello my boyfriend and i are looking for something longterm we do have a dog though, wondering if that was ok. And if we were going to rent for the next 2-3 years if we could work anything out with lowering the rent? Just curious seeing as we will both be in school $1400 is a bit pricey for us
