      We have a nice family home for rent starting June 1st. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open bright kitchen with nice living room and a large family/rec room in basement. Lots of storage space.
      Awesome deck overlooking a massive yard, just in time for some summer sunshine! Huge double garage. Great location, close to IDES, the high school and close to downtown.
      Rent is $2000/month, plus utilities.
      Looking for long term lease, with references please. No smoking. No pets.

      Hello: I’m Jordan and would be interested in your home for a long term commitment. I know you have available June 1, but I won’t arrive until August. Any possibility you would sign a lease for August for 10 months?
