Yo, check this sweet trailer that is in great condition, everything works. It has an awning, shower/ tub, oven, four burner stove, queen bed plus two other beds that fold out. Can sleep four comfortably. Comes with tv, dvd player. Has ac and full on hot furnace for those cold winter nights. You could set up a small solar panel and live in the Provincial Park in Fernie for free all winter. No leaks. Unit has been well taken care of. I don’t really want to sell it because it’s awesome but I am expecting a baby and I need the money.

Available for rent as well. Negotiable for the winter season if you are stuck and want a place for yourself and or significant other. Possible rent to own option for those who can qualify.

Also to go with the trailer is a fifth wheel hitch, a barely used brake controller that works the trailer’s brakes, and some other kitchen stuff.
