      Great location (within walking distance to everything)

      Beautiful views

      Housemate is 26 year old Female.
      You will be living with 2 cats who are super chill.

      Room has built in closet, chest of drawers and queen.

      $550+ utilities on a month to month basis or for the summer – pretty flexible
