      Hi we are 2 young men from kenora, ON and are planning to move to Fernie. We need a place to rent from october to may i have spent 1 season in Fernie already and know that it is hard to find a house so i would like to prebook my accomodation. looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house.

      funny. this is exactly what my boyfriend and i are looking for.

      except we are looking to stay from oct to end of april.

      OK , rental would be $1600 CAD pcm with a $600 damage deposit paid in advance for a winter only rent . We have draft rental agreement which I can get faxed over to you .
      Utilities are paid by the tenant.
      Can you provide references .
