      Is this rental still available? I am planning to move to Fernie for mid-January/February 1st and looking for a long term lease till April 2022, as I secured a position with Teck until then. It would just be for myself with someone else moving in at a later date. No parties, smoking or pets. I will be working full time but in my spare time I will be skiing/trail running. I’m very easy going, friendly and respectful.
