Currently we have 4 guys living in a 3 bedroom, 2 level qaud-plex apartment/house… Two of the guys are leaving during January and so we are looking for two more younger tenants to fill their spot. We are all working and boarding having a good time too, so you should be willing to aswell…

Monthly Rent:
Single person – $425
Couple/Group of Two – $725

The monthly rent does not include utilities but range from $80 – $150 between everyone so are not to extreme. We have internet access which is included in our monthly rent for one person and are getting cable very soon, which will be around $20.

Occupancy will be taken from midway through the month (15th of Jan), meaning that you will only have to pay half a months rent/utilities. Also, our landlords require any new tenants to provide character references, so if you are interested we can organise all that asap, before occupancy.
