Hey, myself and two friends are moving to Fernie in Augest of 2007 and are going to need a 2-3 bedroom house/basement anything that is at least semi-furnished stove,microwave,couch, tables possibly,(washer&dryer) not a must there is always the coin wash. We are clean and responsible, however we are occasional smokers but can live without smoking within the residence. We are looking to spend around $800-$900 per month without utilities or $1000-$1350 utilities included.
