      Hi all, have a one bedroom unfurnished for rent @ $475.00 a month and a furnished 2 bedroom @ $600.00 a month available for Oct 1st possibly sooner if needed. Damage deposits same as rent. Includes heat, water and power. Located in Sparwood about 20-25 minutes east of Fernie.
      Both clean units and pricing is for signed lease.
