We have a spacious one-bedroom suite available in the Mountainview (airport) subdivision starting mid May. Viewings available May 11-13 and May 18-21.

The suite is furnished and fully self contained with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, sauna, living room, bedroom, all linens, dishes, etc. Laundry is shared with the folks upstairs (a local family). The suite is nice and bright. The yard is large with room for gardening and enjoying the sun. The house is close to the trail system and James White Park.

No pets, no partiers, and no smoking.

Rent is $700 (single) or $800 (couple) plus damage deposit. References will be checked. Rent includes water, electricity, garbage, sewer, etc. It does not include Internet or cable although Internet is currently available.
