As their current landlord I feel it is my duty to inform potenial landlords I currently have an eviction order against these 2 couples for repeated late payment of rent (I have only received aprox 75% of the January rent and they refuse to pay more even though we have a contract). It is an unfortunate situation but I felt their ad did not tell then entire story.
