I would also like to know if I could rent a room out of there, or if you require a family etc. I am a social worker who will be here for at least a year and am looking for a really nice place to stay! I love my house right now but it is only a summer rent:(
Definitely let me know if you will rent it out individually, or at least for me as I do not mind a family or couple at all staying here too.
