HI Michael and elysia, I may have something that would suit. It’s a one bedroom basement suite ,about 650 Sq feet. It is two blocks from downtown. It is newly renovated. A large bedroom, with a double bed. A large living room into kitchen . There is a full bathroom, bath and shower. You have a laundry room that is shared with upstairs. The cost is $750, this includes everything, heat/water/ electric. There is a lady stays upstairs. We usually use the basement for hiking and skiing and there is lots of room for 4 of us. We are in no rush for a commitment as its early ! Just keep it in mind. I worked a summer in jersey years ago, sweet spot. Lucky to be a physio too! Aingeal gcguyn@telus.net
