We’ve consistently taken 1450-1500/month for the past few years. I only just advertised it a few days ago so I’m reluctant to lower the price at this stage as I’m sure we’ll have more inquiries.
Remember that the rent includes ALL bills, so there is nothing else to think about each month, you know exactly what you’re paying. You also get all of the facilities in SilverRock, gym, pool, steam room, etc.
What is your budget?
