Hey guys. I have 2 rooms for rent in a bright fairly new 3 bedroom condo in fernie. I am about a 5 min drive to the lifts and 2 min to town. Rent is 450 utilities included per room (more for 2 ppl or couple per room). The condo and rooms are fully furnished and i am a very easy going person. I am currently working on the road in medicine hat, and that could be a common trend unless i take a job in fernie.
