The Non-profit Advisors Program, offered through Columbia Basin Trust, provides organizational development and capacity-building support at no cost to local non-profits. Whether you’re new to the program or have previously received support, the team of advisors is ready to help organizations strengthen their operations and prepare for long-term success. Services range from organizational assessments and practical recommendations to skill-building workshops, webinars, and access to a comprehensive online reference library.

If specialized expertise is needed, the program can also subsidize consulting support—ensuring non-profits get tailored guidance in areas that matter most. Advisors are available to provide insight and advice in critical aspects of operations, including:
