ReDi Grants (Resident Directed Grants) are open for applications, providing funding for projects that deliver clear public benefit and strengthen communities through resident-led decision-making across the Columbia Basin.
Delivered by Columbia Basin Trust in partnership with local governments and First Nations, ReDi Grants are designed to ensure residents have a meaningful voice in how funding is allocated in their communities. While the Trust provides the funding, decisions are made locally by delivery partners and must include resident input on proposed projects.
ReDi Grants support a wide range of community initiatives—from recreation and culture to social services, environmental stewardship, and community infrastructure—provided they demonstrate broad community benefit.
Applications typically open in early January and close in late February each year. Applicants are encouraged to identify the local government delivery partner that administers ReDi Grants in their community, as eligibility criteria and application details can vary by area. A regional map and a full list of delivery partners are available through Columbia Basin Trust, and information on First Nations ReDi Grants is also available online.
