Dylan Siggers

Fernie is celebrating one of its own this week as Dylan Siggers officially launches his first Pro Model ski with LINE Skis—a milestone that feels as exciting for the community as it does for the athlete himself.

Born and raised in Fernie, Siggers has been on local radar since the early days: a grom ripping around Fernie Alpine Resort, a young filmmaker experimenting with angles and ideas, and then—almost suddenly, yet not at all—an internationally recognized creator, skier, and storyteller. His career has carried him far, but his feet have always stayed firmly planted in the mountains that shaped him.

Those who watched his journey from the beginning know how much heart, humour, and sheer dedication have gone into it. Today, Fernie couldn’t be prouder.

The release of his limited-edition Sakana “Siggers-style” Pro Model marks a major moment. The design is featured in his newest film, GRUMBO, a high-energy, visually stunning project showcasing dynamic skiing across every kind of terrain—urban lines, pillow stacks, big mountain shots, and the classic deep powder Siggers has become known for. There’s a monster in this movie, and its name is GRUMBO.

Watch the film & see the ski it’s based on:

Created by Paul Genovese, Liam Morgan, Sophie Perrault, and Dylan Siggers, the film blends creative cinematography, unique textures, playful edits, and an energetic soundtrack—exactly the blend of style and soul that has defined Siggers’ work from day one.

Fernie is behind him. Always has been. Always will be.
