The Emily Brydon Youth Foundation is excited to announce the launch of its 5th annual 12 Days of Christmas Online Auction. This festive event features a variety of unique Fernie experiences, thoughtfully paired with the perfect accessories to enhance each adventure. Set to begin on December 1st, this auction is not just a chance to win exclusive local experiences—it’s also an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
This year, the Foundation has set a budget of $110,000 to support youth and families within the valley who are most in need. With a significant increase in applications this year, the Foundation is rapidly allocating funds to support as many families as possible. “It’s incredible to help so many families, but it also means we need to ensure our fundraising efforts are successful to meet these growing needs,” said Emily Brydon.
The auction, which closes at 5 pm on December 12th, is a critical part of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts. Participation in the auction or making a donation can significantly impact the Foundation’s ability to fulfill its commitments to the community.
For those interested in supporting or participating, information about the auction items can be found by visiting the Emily Brydon Youth Foundation’s website. The Foundation deeply appreciates the continued support from the community, which is vital in driving positive change and building a resilient future for the youth in the valley.
Also, back by popular demand, the Emily Brydon Youth Foundation Cheesemas is a fun fundraising event on Saturday December 7th at the Cirque, drop by after skiing. See the details here.
