Thanks to over 70 cm’s (28 in) of snow in the past week the ice crust gone! This weeks powder was appreciated by a cast of locals and a few tourists.
The powder is ripped up however there are stashes out-of-bounds and the groomed is nice and soft.
Cat skiing, snow shoeing or snowmobiling are recommended for those looking for fresh powder.
