Learn to make homemade hearty soups for winter.

Janeil Lott will be taking the class having had many years experience cooking and running kitchens in Fernie and around the country.

Janeil will teach through all kinds of tips and tricks on how to get as much flavour as possible out of your ingredients and into your dishes!

The menu will be as follows:
Veggie & Chicken stock from scratch
Cream based veggie soup variations
Clear base miso style soups
Chicken Stew
Irish style soda bread

The class will be $30 and will include the 2 hr class, the meal, a glass of wine and the recipes for the evening. The class is limited to 10 people but guests can also join for the meal and a glass of wine after for $15
