DESCRIPTION:Island Lake Lodge summer opening is set for June 20\, welcoming
  locals and visitors back for hiking\, dining\, wellness\, accommodation\,
  and alpine escape.\n\nSurrounded by more than 7\,000 acres of wilderness\
 , Island Lake Lodge offers scenic hiking trails\, panoramic viewpoints\, l
 akes\, creeks\, old-growth forest\, and a classic Fernie mountain experien
 ce.\n\nGuests can enjoy elevated pub-style dining at the Bear Bistro from 
 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.\, or fine dining at the Tamarack Dining Room from 5 p.m.
  to 10 p.m. on operating days. Accommodation\, getaway packages\, and the 
 new Foraging Weekend Experience will also be available throughout the summ
 er season.\n\nReturning this year is the popular Take A Hike Trail of the 
 Week promotion. Hikers who complete the featured trail can enjoy a special
