Stephanie and her festive crew are inviting the FWC to partake in a feathery evening featuring three types of Poultry and a Pork Roast! Apologies to the vegetarians, this mouth watering menu is based on meat!

Peking style Duck Crepes with Hoisin Sauce and Onion

Sweet Basil & Chicken Summer Rolls with Almond Satay Sauce

Third course:

Turkey Chili with Lime & Cilantro

Infinitea’s Signature Pork Roast with Cranberry and Parsley stuffed Loin with clove & red wine glaze
