Taino salad- Organic quinoa with almonds, jicama and grilled pineapple salsa over a bed of mixed greens. Spicy coconut lime dressing on the side.

Mussels with Tomatillo volute, charred pearl onions topped with pico de gallo and served with focaccia bread.

Mini Arepas – Columbian corn cakes topped with pickled vegetables and soft poached quail eggs.

Tagliatelle with coffee smoked beef, pasilla sauce, roasted poblanos and cheese.
