DESCRIPTION:FAR Oktoberfest 2026 returns to the Griz Bar at Fernie Alpine R
 esort on Saturday\, October 10 for an evening of bratwurst\, beer\, Bavari
 an music and Oktoberfest fun.\n\nBreak out your dirndl and lederhosen for 
 Fernie Alpine Resort’s 7th annual Oktoberfest Bratwurst and Biergarten c
 elebration.\n\nThe legendary Griz Bar will be transformed into a lively Ba
 varian beer hall with Oktoberfest-inspired food including bratwurst\, pret
 zels and more\, along with a selection of craft beer from Banded Peak Brew
 ing.\n\nThe European Touch Band will bring live Bavarian polka music to th
 e Griz Bar from 5–9 pm\, with plenty of opportunity to hit the dance flo
 or.\n\nThere will also be some friendly Oktoberfest competition. Test your
  endurance in the stein-holding contest or show off your best Bavarian voc
 als in the yodel competition.\n\nAdmission is free and all ages are welcom
