The Elk Valley Suicide Task Force is inviting you to an Information evening available to people of all ages from Elkford, Fernie, Sparwood, Tobacco Plains, and Elko in order to share resources available to everyone in our community.

It is the Task Forces’ hope to bring the community together to talk about and share resources regarding suicide in our community, addressing all age groups.

An information panel, existing of various community resources including non-profit groups, counselling services, school resources, church, RCMP, and healthcare will be speaking and providing you with information about who to reach out to.

What to expect:
– Elk Valley’s resources that can help you if suicide is impacting your life.
– FREE to attend
– Park Place Lodge – Cedar Room
– Opportunity to speak privately / in person after information panel finishes
– Pick up a flyer with all available resources if you don’t wish to speak to anyone

No need to R.S.V.P. – you can just show up, and you can come and go as you please.
