Learn practical, hands-on skills and meet professionals who work in environmental careers.
Skills acquired during the camp include:
water safety
river rescue
mapping & computer modelling
assessing river and riparian (riverbank) health
reading river hydraulics
thinking like a fish
reading mountain geology and glacial history
Participants will gain a new sense of appreciation for the beautiful Elk Valley and all the adventure that it has to offer!
Cost: $325 per participant per camp. Sibling discounts ($275 if registered prior to June 1st, 2017)
