 e place on Thursday\, September 10\, 2026\, at 4 p.m. Pacific Time\, both 
 online and in person at the Prestige Mountain Resort Rossland.\n\nSusan Cl
 ovechok\, Board Chair\, and Johnny Strilaeff\, President and CEO\, will re
 flect on the past year\, lead the session and review highlights from our 2
 025/26 Annual Report. Residents will also have the opportunity to ask ques
 tions about what’s happening in the Basin and in their communities.\n\nA
 ttend in-person at the Prestige Mountain Resort in Rossland or join virtua

 ing the AGM\, everyone is invited to join a free\, family-friendly communi
 ty BBQ from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Warfield Community Hall in Warfield. C
