Snow Valley Mini Storage created a duet in perfect harmony with Wapiti Music Festival by providing a secure storage space to house equipment for the August music festival.

The Wapiti Music Festival is quickly approaching on August 10 and 11th.

The organizers of Wapiti were approached by the owners of Snow Valley Mini Storage, Marsha Churchill and Kurtis Ellis, with a local solution that allowed the festival to house a large portion of their equipment in a secure site, conveniently close the the festival grounds.

“We are a very community-minded business and go to Wapiti every year so it made sense for us to offer to help them out with their storage needs. The festival is an essential part of the summer calendar in Fernie and we were keen to do a small part to help out,” Marsha Churchill said.

Snow Valley Mini Storage provides secure storage space located on 10th Avenue in Fernie.

Kevin McIsaac of Wapiti Music Festival said, “We rely on partners and volunteers to put the festival on each year, but what people don’t see is that this continues year round. Snow Valley Mini Storage have really helped us out by providing us with storage space and we appreciate their support.”

Sign up to Volunteer for Wapiti Music Festival. The festival is 100% volunteer operated and they’re all working to make Wapiti a great experience for festival patrons and volunteers.
