Fernie Brewing Co. has launched another Summer Seasonal, The Real Peel Grapefruit IPA. It is a light-coloured IPA with bold citrusy and grapefruit flavours. Commenting as a IPA aficionado, I see the Real Peel quickly become a favourite with the hoppy enthusiasts and appeal to those looking for a very refreshing summer beer.

This refreshing IPA has additions of grapefruit peel and a whole lot of citrusy hops, including Amarillo, Centennial and Citra. At 68 IBU’s and 6.4% alc./vol., Fernie Brewing writes that it’s a refreshing hop-forward Grapefruit IPA.

The Real Peel IPA is available today as a Summer Seasonal in a 6-pack in the FBC Tasting Room and will be available throughout BC and Alberta from mid-April to October.

Fernie Brewing Co. Storefront and Tasting room CLOSED
Fernie Brewing will be expanding their Tasting Room & Store area this spring. The additional space will increase seating and allow for more circulation space. They will also be expanding their Warehouse for more storage & tank space.

Starting on Monday April 17th the beer Storefront and Tasting room will be CLOSED for renovations. They expect the facilities to be closed for around eight weeks, with further communication on an opening date to follow.

Fernie Brewing Co. thanks you in advance for understanding and we look forward to showing you our new and improved space in coming weeks!
