Holly April fools snow storm. For the first time of the season Fernie’s snowpack has passed the four meter mark! Actually, this is the first time in ten years that we have enjoyed such a whopping base.
Unfortunately the new snow is sitting on a recent and deep dangerous rain crust. What does this mean? Everything is closed again for your safety, check out the closure signs:
