Moroccan Cooking Class at infinitea

At this month’s cooking class Infinitea is heading to Africa with a Moroccan themed night.

The class will be taken by Ali Elgarani who was born and raised in Morocco before moving to Quebec. Ali currently works at both The Livery and The Bridge Bistro and has years of cooking experience since moving to Canada.

Ali says he doesn’t often cook his native cuisine because he never thinks he can compete with his Mother’s cooking!

The traditional menu will include:

Roasted Eggplant Babaganouche
Mechouia Salad (peppers & tomato flavours)
Traditional lentil dish
Moroccan Chicken
Naan Bread
Mint Tea Dessert

The class will start at 6pm and run for 2 hrs. Then everyone will sit down to feast on the night’s achievements.

As usual the class will be $35 and will include the 2 hr class, the meal, a glass of wine and the recipes for the evening.

The class is limited to 10 people but guests can also join for the meal and a glass of wine after for $15.
